A paradigm shift in metal 3d-printing

This project began as a mere concept when our team became involved. It required multidisciplinary expertise in mechanical design and engineering, material science and microscopy, electronics and software development, and process engineering. Our team successfully delivered by developing fully functional desktop metal 3D printers based on a completely novel technology.

Wireless actuator with position feedback

Our customer needed an actuator that delivered high torque, precise positioning, position feedback, and wireless actuation. Our team developed a product that not only met but exceeded these requirements.

Our customer needed to perform functional tests on their medical device before packaging. Our team designed the entire functional test station along with a dashboard which allows the customer to track of their yields.

While the final product resembles a coffee warmer, and could certainly function as one (albeit an exceptionally over-engineered one), its true purpose was much more critical. The actual goal was to precisely and reliably heat a fluid used in medical procedures, maintaining it at a specific temperature. We successfully delivered on this challenging requirement.
